Behind The Lens

Location

Wick ham Park Manchester, CT

Time

Late afternoon

Lighting

This photo taken in the afternoon in the shade with open light behind her.

Equipment

Canon T3, Canon 85 mm, natural light

Inspiration

I couldn’t resist using the fence as a leading line. I love how she tilts her face into the frame.

Editing

I originally took in color and turned it to black and white for a more dramatic look

In my camera bag

I’ve since upgraded to a Canon 6D and have fallen in love with the Signa Art series lens. I currently use a 20 mm or 135 mm

Feedback

Look at your surrounds and use lines to lead into your subject. Your eye should gravitate towards your subject.
