Location
One of the canal of Amsterdam in the center-east part of the city.Time
The blue hour :-) Just before the darkness falls on the city.Lighting
Just when the evening falls you get the amazing light, combine it with a short 8 second exposure together with ND filter and you will get an amazing result.Equipment
Took it with Canon EOS 5D Mark IV and EF24-70mm f/2.8L II USM with ND filter. I did use a tripod as I planned to take long exposure photos.Inspiration
I do go for a walk when I finish work, I try to carry my camera at all time and by doing that, I always try to look at my surrounding as a photo.Editing
Only straightening and cropping it.In my camera bag
It is depends on the day but I start with my camera: Canon 5D mark IV Then I chose at least 2 lenses out of the ones I own: Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Canon EF 100-400MM F/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Canon EF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM Canon MP-E 65MM F/2.8 1-5X Macro Samyang 50mm f/1.4 AS UMC Besides that I have some accessories: tripod, filters, glass ball, etc. Depends on the mood and the day, I chose what to take with me.Feedback
Take your camera at all time and even if you do not take a tripod with you, try to improvise and find different ways to take some long exposure photography.
