Location
I took this picture in a village close to Amboseli.Time
It was late afternoonLighting
I took this photo at ISO 720, f/6,3 at 1/125Equipment
No tripod. Nikon D 800 with Sigam APO 120-400 mm F 4,5 -5,6 at 120 mm. No flash.Inspiration
I was fascinated by the expression of this young man while he was making the fire with very simple tools.Editing
I used Silver Efex Pro 2 to turn it into a black and white photo. In my camera bag
Well, it depends very much on what I intend to do. When I go in the summer for a walk I always take my Nikon D4 and a Sigma Apo 120-400mm lens and my AF-S Micro Nikkor 105 mm f/2.8 on My Nikon D800. Whenever possible I take my 600mm lens along. My favorite lens, but a little heavy.Feedback
I find it difficult to take pictures of people without talking and connecting to them. This young man was more than happy to have his picture taken. Therefore it was a relaxed and happy atmosphere. I visited this village several times and every time I go there, I love it more. I can only take pictures of people and landscapes and places I love.
