Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in the garden of my brother's home during the winter. It was a rainy and cold day, a perfect moment to take photos... as always!!!

Time

It was the afternoon.

Lighting

The light was low but enough for the shot.

Equipment

I used a NIKON D90 with an 18-105 mm Nikon lens.

Inspiration

I was sitting in the living room looking at the garden and I saw my niece walking without a jacket under a light drizzle. I took my warm jacket and handed it to her so she wouldn't get wet, and when she put it on and covered her little head with the hood, I looked at her face and saw the photograph that I later took.

Editing

Yes. I turned the photo to B&W. I gave her eyes a little light and some contrast.

In my camera bag

A Nikon D90 with a 18-105 mm lens. It is a great camera.

Feedback

Always have your camera at hand, and take every opportunity to make a beautiful photograph of that moment.
