This photo was taken by me in Sardinia and to be precise in Santa Caterina di Pittinurri on the sea, a couple of hours by car from Cagliari city where I liveTime
In my opinion the best time for portraits is just before sunset with warm colors. I took this photo around 7.30 pmLighting
the model and I were leaving because black clouds had covered the sun and it was going to rain. Suddenly the sky opens for a few minutes. I had already dismantled the camera but in two seconds I reassembled it and I had time to take some shots and it started raining. Sometimes you have to be lucky with the lightEquipment
I used my Nikon d850 and 70/200 nikor lens. I don't use tripod I prefer not to be boundInspiration
I don't know instinct maybeEditing
in post production I used Photoshop. I cleaned the model's skin before using the dodge and burn technique to get that resultIn my camera bag
in my bag I have my nikon 850 a 70/200 lens, a 24/70 and a 50mm always nikon. I also have two Nikon flashes with triggers ready to be used at any timeFeedback
when shooting you must always be very careful with the expressions of the model and then you have to also be ready to steal that expression of the model
