This is a pano of different shots, not so easy made, because the lens was always wet.

Great capture with a good use of depth, speed and colour to bring the elements together in a strong composition.

Location
I made this photo at Iceland two years ago. We stayed in a house about 100 kilometers away from that spot. But the days where long and I decided to go for that spot in the evening with my wife and my daughter. My boys stood at home...Time
It was sunset at the evening. The sun was not under the horizon but on the way to ist.Lighting
There are two kinds of color. The warm sun-rays against the blue tones of the evening. That makes a good contrast.Equipment
I used my Sony a7ii, a 35 mm prime lens and of course a tripod to make with a long exposure the water and the sky blurry.Inspiration
Where I life in Northern Germany we have no waterfalls here. So I was very impressed by the beauty and the might of the scene. It was very loud and very wet there, but it was an outstanding moment I tried to capture.Editing
Yes, this is a panorama shot from three or four single picture. I stitched them together in Lightroom, edited the colors, the tone-curves and made some dudge and burning. In my camera bag
I have in my bag my Sony A7ii, a Zeiss 24-70 mm lens, quite new a 100-400 mm Sony lens, a 90mm Sony lens and a 14mm Samyang lens. In most cases I´m carrying a tripod, sometimes my travel tripod my Manfrotto our a sturdier one my Manfrotto as well. I´m discovering the possibilities of flash lights and so I´m carrying sometimes three Yongnuo speedlights with me, a reflector with 30cm in diameter for some macros and all the things everybody carries with him.Feedback
The exposure should not so long that the shapes of the water are blowing out. Be careful and try different exposures, depending on the speed of the water. The little rock on the foreground is quite essential for this photo, so be careful withe the composition. The picture would be different at any other hour of the day, so try to be on the spot in good light and weather conditions. This is probably the most difficult part of a photographer on vacation whit a family...
