Location
This picture is taken in the province 'Limburg' in Belgium (EU). The place is called C-Mine, this because it was an old Mine Site ... and this was the first level of the so many levels upon to more than 900 meter deep !!! Information can be found on http://www.c-mine.be/?lang=enTime
Picture is taken in a 'old' mine shaftLighting
the light was not excellent, several shots had to be taken to obtain at least one good shot, this one ... It's taken with Spot-metering with ISO 800 and an exposure time of 1/25 ... this due to the 'bad' light conditionsEquipment
Camera Canon EOS 60D ... Settings for this picture : // NO Flash; // EF-S18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM // f/3,5 // ISO 800 // 1/25 // Focal length : 1/25Inspiration
My inspiration had to do with the past condition of the miners ... I had never seen the entrance of a mine before in my lifeEditing
No post-processing had been done !In my camera bag
Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, I had to sell all my equipment and can currently not take pictures anymore :(Feedback
I'm not really font of using a flash .. so I do play a lot with the aperture / exposing time and if really not possible to take a picture on a low ISO level, not to go to far into the ISO level .. try to stay under 1000 ISO anyway !
