Behind The Lens

Location

From the top of Lion's Head in Cape Town, South Africa

Time

It was around 8pm... The sun sets quite late in Cape Town during the summer months...

Lighting

Practice, Practice, Practice and play around and have fun with it...

Equipment

I used my Canon 7d, Canon 50mm f/1.8 and my tripod...

Inspiration

The views from Lion Head are always amazing... There's never a dull moment and this particular day there was quite a lot of car movement on the road below.

Editing

Just worked a bit on some contrasting, sharpening and a bit on the shadows in Photoshop.

In my camera bag

Canon 7 d, Canon 70-200mm f/3.5-5.6, Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro, Canon 50mm f/1.8, Sigma 70-300mm, Canon 600 Speedlight.
