Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo around 2 years ago when I was working in Griffith-NSW-Australia

Time

it was first thing in the morning, just before the sun filled the day with her rays....I really couldn't resist, the view, stopped the car and took the shot....I almost missed the plane home that morning

Lighting

I actually waited about 15 minutes to get the lighting right and I am so glad i did,,,, it was worth it

Equipment

just my Sony alpha 35, standard lens with no flash

Inspiration

sometimes we put ourselves down when we are alone, but not this tree, she is alone, beautiful, strong and full of life...shouldn't she be our inspiration?

Editing

didn't do any post processing apart from resizing

In my camera bag

I always carry my cleaning equipment, extra memory cards and batteries, plus my 200 and 300 zoom lenses

Feedback

if you know that you are going on a long trip, study the maps and see is there is any lookouts and keep your camera ready and happy ")
