Location
This photo was taken from the terrace of my house south of the city of BogotaTime
It was taken between 6 and 6:30 pm which is the time when the afternoon has completely fallen and the moon begins to rise or has risen completelyLighting
The light is natural, just as the afternoon was fallingEquipment
This shot on Canon 6D, with Canon 16-35mm f/2.8 Canon. No other equipment was involved.Inspiration
I have seen many similar photos, where you see the moon as human eyes see it, but I wanted to do it with the mountains of Bogota, and take a photo that would be closer to what human eyes see in those sunsetsEditing
If I did a long process. I had to take between 35 to 50 photos at different exposures, then I had to develop each photo and make an enlargement in Photoshop, to be able to make the background move. I also had to add the photo of the moon as a photoshop layer, so that it would be seen as I saw it in plain sight, which was impossible with the shot from the cameraIn my camera bag
Usually when I'm going to take landscape photographs I wear my Canon 80D camera and use lenses such as the Canon 10-17 f / 3.5mm or the Tamron 17-50 f / 2.8. But when I work portraits I prefer my Canon 6d Mark ii and lenses like the Canon 50 f / 1.8 or the Canon 24-105 mm f / 4 L. They are my favoriteFeedback
If, to take the photos that we want many times, it is not possible to do it in a single shot, it is necessary to do a post-processing so that the photo is closer to what we really see with the eyes. It shouldn't be a shame to anyone
