As you can see from the very long shadow cast by the cars, the sun has just come up. This is when the visitors are allowed into the national park and the most famous part of it - Deadvlei.
I was detached from this early morning rush hour of sorts, by silently flowing under a hot air balloon which provided stunning perspectives.
As past photographers have made some very intrusive decisions here, and many other parts of Namibia, access to the park is only allowed when the sun is up on the ground, and only in hot air balloons in the air - so no drones allowed to get this kind of shots.
