This photo was made exactly in the middle of my year around the world trip in 2016. After roadtripping around the south island of New Zealand we finally made to the Lake Pukaki with my best friend. On the way to the Mount cook national park, the clouds were going slowly toward the mountain to cover the sky and give us some rain. The shot was taken before the rain with an amazing scenery mixing one of the bluest lake i have ever seen with the road leadint to the mount cook. The clouds bring this drama in the photo which make the memory of the shot even brighter in my mind.
