Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at boulders beach in South Africa.

Time

We visited boulders beach just before mid day.

Lighting

I used the sunlight to help capture some of the features hidden and to show more of the mother penguin attending her eggs.

Equipment

I used a Sony DSCH400 bridge camera.

Inspiration

I love photographing nature and capturing the beauty. Penguins are such loving animals and it was amazing to watch this mother care for eggs.

Editing

No I didn't do any post processing.

In my camera bag

I usually have 2 cameras. Sony DSCH400 and a Nikon cool pix P900. Plus extra batteries.

Feedback

Always take your time to watch for those perfect moments. Nature is such a beauty thing and we learn so much from it. It's important to be patient and take your time as there is always a breathtaking moment waiting to be captured.
