We got up one morning and on our lawn was this new-born baby Fawn.

Found hanging on a WHITE wall in a local Haberdashery in New Hope P.A. I felt that the Craftsmanship for this artifact was amazing and skillful.

Behind The Lens

Location

I had a time-share in Pennsylvania, there were many woods with trails by it. While on one of the trails we noticed this little clearing, so I had taken a few shots of it. This one came out the best.

Time

I don't remember the exact time, but it was after 12:00 noon, in October, long before dusk.

Lighting

The lighting was simply ambient afternoon lighting.

Equipment

With me, as always, I had my Nikon D7100 camera, my 18-140mm lens and my 55-300mm lens. I used mainly my 18-140mm lens in this series of shots.

Inspiration

I love nature, fall colors, the fall is my favorite time of year and is my birthday season as well.

Editing

I may have done some minor cropping, that's about it.

In my camera bag

My Nikon D7100 camera, my 18-140mm lens and my 55-300mm lens. Two batteries, the charger and a/c cord, and the usb cable for computer hook-up. I rarely use a tripod, I hand hold, sometimes finding a fencepost or something to rest my arm(s) on. I do have a separate flash for my camera but mainly us the one with the camera.

If you want fall colors, do a bit of walking or hiking during that colorful season and ALWAYS bring your camera.
