Location
That's a wonderful place in Ukraine, in the Carpathian Mountains.Time
It was in the spring, but suddenly there was a heavy snowfall, and I went in search of a subject, and stumbled upon this deer, so it was already approaching evening.Lighting
This was natural light.Equipment
Yes, I used my favorite camera Nikon D800 with three lenses, but this particular photo was taken with Nikon 17-35mm f/2.8.Inspiration
It's an amazing feeling when you come to shoot the spring, and it's already the end of April, and you wake up to find half of the house covered in snow outside your window :) I only had spring clothes with me, so I had to put on rubber boots and a lot of warm clothes and go out in search of interesting shots :)Editing
I try not to process nature too much, except for what I myself felt and saw, so in the post-processing of the file, I only increased the exposure and slightly brightened the deer, as it was in real life.In my camera bag
Usually, two cameras, Nikon D800, 3-4 Nikon lenses (80-200mm f/2.8, 17-35mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.4), two flashes, and a tripod.Feedback
Anyone who wants to capture a similar photo should be prepared for surprises and quickly adapt to changing conditions. In nature, you cannot control the light, weather, or animal behavior, so you need to be prepared for everything to change at any moment. Additionally, it's important to have a good understanding of your equipment and be able to quickly adjust it to the conditions at hand. Don't be afraid to experiment with settings and perspectives to find the most interesting and unique shots. And, of course, don't forget to enjoy the beauty of nature during the process of taking your photos!
