Location
I took this photo at home, near the start of 'lockdown'. I had a project that month which was going to be 'cafe' and I'd intended to get out and about, but due to the global pandemic, everywhere was closed, so I decided to take a photograph of a coffee being made.Time
Mid - morningLighting
This is natural lighting in my kitchenEquipment
I use a canon DSLR, it was on a tripod, and I took multiple shots as the coffee poured into the glass.Inspiration
It was to create an image to fit the brief of 'cafe'Editing
I took multiple shots as the drink dispensed, and I didn't realise the cup wasn't big enough to hold the drink, so although it was about to end up on the worktop and dribble onto the floor, the photographer in me kept taking photos, and this overflowing one was my favourite. So, this wasn't so much about post processing, as choosing my favourite shot.In my camera bag
This was taken at home, and I had everything I possibly needed. My go to camera bag is my canon EOS 6d mk2, along with a 24-105mm and a 70-200mm lens.Feedback
Patience, preparation, and in this case, expect the unexpected!
