Great composition. I really love how you've used the pilings as your leading line to draw our eye to the city. Wow!

Really fantastic use of the pilings as your leading lines! How long of an exposure was it to get that fantastic movement in the clouds, and the silkiness of the water? All and all, a real WOW of a shot!!!!

Love the contrast of the feeling of movement in the sky and the stillness in the water.

Wonderful. I usually only ever see this shot at night time. A refreshing change. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful! I just watched a Serge Ramelli tutorial where he photographed from this same location. I like yours better.

I am not a very popular photographer at all but I explore and see a lot of new landscapes each day for the past three year (at least 50 per day) this is one of the best landscape shots I have ever seen the exposure and the post processing is exquisite and the lighting perfect it has everything a landscape should have plus more well done!!

Location
I scouted locations on the internet and found this place, Brooklyn Bridge Park, New York.Time
This was taken during sunset.Lighting
The weather had been very bad for many weeks, so i was very lucky and happy that the weather turned out this beautiful.Equipment
My Nikon D800, Nikkor 16-35 f/4, B+W 10 stop filter and a Manfrotto Tripod.Inspiration
I've seen a lot of beautiful photos from the New York skyline, so when i was in New York, i just had to visit this place.Editing
Just regular post-processing, increased the shadows and decreased the highlights to get more details in the image, and some smaller changes like contrast, exposure etc.In my camera bag
Since Landscape is what i love to shoot, i always carry my Nikkor 16-35 wide angle lens, ND filters and my tripod.Feedback
Scout locations via the internet. Try to be unique, if its not the composition that are unique, try something different with the lighting or in the post process.
